Bernard Chidzero is co-founder and Chief Executive of ICC. He has over 15 years experience in international management consulting and marketing management. Prior to creating ICC in 1996, Mr. Chidzero was Senior Manager in the Brussels office of the US management-consulting firm, Arthur D. Little International Inc (ADL). Before joining ADL in 1991, he was Marketing Manager with Nestlé Portugal and Brand Manager with Nestlé Canada. He is a founding member of the Zimbabwe Enterprise Network (ZEN) and the Southern African Enterprise Network (SAEN).

ICC is a Southern African Strategic Management Consulting firm with over 20 full-time consultants and offices in Harare, Johannesburg, Lusaka and Maputo.   ICC offers services in the area of Strategic Management Consulting, Economic Development Consulting, Management Development Training and Investment Fund Management.  ICC’s vision is to help unleash the power of the private sector to build the economy, create jobs, and spread wealth by providing innovative and results-driven services that draw on the diverse skills and international perspectives of its professional consulting staff.
